The lobby is packed from wall to wall with young Jews enjoying life. A klezmer band is playing in one corner and in another a group is deep in a discussion of Jewish cuisine. The whole orchestra is being conducted by Osik Akselrud, chair of Limmud FSU in Ukraine and Galina Rybnikova, the project manager, who are coordinating and presiding over the whole affair.
