At the second annual conference of Limmud Moscova, the Israeli and American Jewish establishments passed the Limmud FSU torch to a new generation of young Russian Jews. Heralding success, many of the nearly 300 participants in the event, mostly young urban Jewish professionals between the ages of 23 and 40, spoke glowingly of this conference of Jewish expression.

Empowered by a successful year of Limmud FSU events in the former Soviet Union, 20 Russian-speaking Limmud FSU leaders and volunteers from Belarus, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, and Israel, participated in Limmud UK to enhance their skills and deepen their community-building knowledge.
